This service is ideal for those who have invested in new hedge plantings, or new trees to enhance their property. After spending the money on the plants and trees, nothing can be more irritating that seeing them die. Potentially all of your new planting can die within the first growing season, before their root systems can get established to cope with the dry weather.
We find most shrubs, hedging plants and trees need water once a week and in some cases twice a week depending on conditions, this could represent hours of extra work. General garden beds need on average, 20- 30 litres of water per square meter, per week. Small trees need around that amount each, whilst large trees require 50 - 80 litres each week.
With our mobile watering system, we can apply as much water as is required to remote places where standard watering is not possible, such as hedgerows, roundabouts, golf courses, industrial areas, road sides and many more. This can save existing staff valuable time allowing the completion of other important work, and prevent watering being neglected whilst other jobs take priority.
As much of our water as possible is sourced from rainwater harvesting facilities.
